Team registration is for managers only. The manager will pay the fee for the entire team and will be reimbursed by their players. After the team fee has been paid, players will register individually to (1) accept the Pond Athletic Association liability waiver, (2) for players to populate a team's roster and (3) to verify eligibility to play at that age. 

The registration process takes 5-10 minutes. This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Upon receipt of your team's payment you will receive a unique coupon code for your players to register individually. Your players will use the coupon code to register in lieu of payment. Registration is required for individuals to accept the Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, the STLWEST COVID-19 Assumption of Risk and Waiver and to populate your official league roster. 

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

If you already have an account on www.pondathletic.com, please click on " I have an Account " and use your User ID and Password from last year.  If you do not remember your account name and still have access to the email you used last year, you can have the information emailed to you during the login process by clicking on the "I forgot my UserID/Password" link.

Otherwise click "New Registration" 

If you are a new coach at Pond starting a team, please create a new user ID and password to sign into PAA. Then contact your age level coordinator with your first and last name, your team's age group and level of play (i.e. Boys 8U Red level), and team name.  Your age level coordinator will create your team at Pond and email you back with further instructions (i.e. create preseason roster, create ranking form, enter block out dates, etc.). 

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT create duplicate Accounts.    
If you forget your logon ID or the password to your new account, you can retrieve them by selecting "I forgot my User Id/Password" on the logon screen.
