Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
The Pond Athletic Association, a Not-For-Profit Corporation, was incorporated on May 21st, 1963, for the purpose of promoting and furthering the athletic welfare of the area youth by stimulating their participation in any and all athletic activities.
The association has continued to grow with West County for over six decades thanks to the sacrifices and generosity of generations of area residents. Today the association boasts over 900 member families and serves approximately 2000 area youth each year.
PAA has established several advertising and sponsorship opportunities to help offset the cost of fundamental repairs and infrastructure work so we can continue to provide a facility that remains competitive with other local ballparks.

Outfield Banners
PAA has established a Banner Program to help with fundamental repairs and infrastructure work to remain competitive with other local ballparks. We have been approved to sell sponsorship banners by the city of Wildwood. The outfield banners are seen by over 300 teams that play league and tournament games throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
- Banners are available in 6' x 5' size
- $500 per banner
- All contributions will receive a tax deductible donation receipt which will include our 501(c)3 tax id number. Consult with your tax advisor for current IRS tax code regarding 501(C)3 charitable donations.
- Banners will be up for one full year from initial placement.
Field Sponsorship
PAA has established a field sponsorship program to help with fundamental repairs and infrastructure work to remain competitive with other local ballparks. A field sponsorship banner is placed on the backstop of a field and is seen by over 300 teams that play league and tournament games throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
- Backstop field banners are 7' x 10' size
- $3,500 per field, includes (1) 10'x7 backstop banner, (2) 6'x5' and (4) 5'x4' outfield banners to be placed on other fields or throughout the ballpark.
- A receipt will accompany each banner with our 501c3 tax id, consult a local tax advisor or review the following tax guides available from the IRS to determine the tax-deductible amount of your donation.
- All banners will be up for one full year from initial placement.
Trivia Sponsorship
All proceeds from the trivia night event will directly benefit the kids in the Pond Athletic Association league. Your sponsorship is an essential piece to building and maintaining the ballpark and the program. Expected attendance for the trivia event is 240 supporters! Golf Tournament Sponsorship
All proceeds from the golf tournament will directly benefit the kids in the Pond Athletic Association league. Your sponsorship is an essential piece to building and maintaining the ballpark and the program. Expected attendance for the trivia event is 144+ supporters!

Concession Stand Menu & Drink Cup Sponsorships
Thousands of players, coaches, families and spectators flock to the Pond concession stand each season to indulge in one of our famous Pond pretzels and enjoy an ice-cold beverage! What better way to showcase your business and to tell your customers you support youth sports in our community. Below are sponsorship opportunities. - Reusable plastic slushy or soda cup sponsor, limited 2-3 logos per cup, $1200, includes logo on the menu board
- Menu board only, $500
- Cups are ordered as supplies are depleted.
- Your logo stays on the menu board for the entire season.
